Pectin 360 is pioneering advanced, energy-assisted manufacturing to manufacture pectin and fibre in Australia. By converting fresh fruit waste into valuable ingredients, Pectin 360 is creating a zero-waste, circular economy solution for food manufacturers that rely on these essential ingredients.

With the support of recent federal government investment ($2.1m), Pectin 360 is strongly positioned to onshore production, reduce import dependency and deliver high-quality, affordable, sustainable and reliable ingredients supply for the Australian market - and beyond.
